What makes Purity Coffee different from regular coffee?
We focus exclusively on health-conscious sourcing. Our beans are organic, specialty-grade, and rigorously tested for mold, mycotoxins, and pesticides to ensure the cleanest cup possible.
How soon will my coffee be shipped after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness and antioxidant levels, we roast our beans in small batches and typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, our 'Subscribe & Save' program allows you to choose your delivery frequency and receive a 10% discount on every order. You can pause or cancel at any time.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team within 30 days for a resolution.
Are your coffee bags recyclable?
We use high-barrier packaging to protect freshness. While the bags are not currently curbside recyclable in all areas, we are actively working toward more sustainable packaging solutions.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
