Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Reach out to our customer experience team via email with your order number and the reason for your request within 30 days of delivery.
- 2.Review Eligibility
Our team will review your request; please note that for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee, but we may offer a replacement or store credit.
- 3.Ship the Product
If a return is authorized for non-perishable merchandise, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the items back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
